ALEXANDRA ROOCROFT DEBRULE - Principle Designer/Owner
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Alexandra Roocroft DeBrule. I come from a Colombian interior designer mother and English elephant management consultant father. It's a long story how they met but worth the listen; maybe in person i'll share it with you some time. It's pretty interesting!
I haven't always been into design. Growing up I wanted to be a singer and an actress. I took singing lessons, acting lessons and changed to a performing arts school so I would always be surrounded by what I thought my future would hold. As I aged, I realized I needed more of a challenge. I wanted something different. I took one design class and let me tell you, I was hooked! I couldn't get enough and from then on I knew that I needed my days to be filled with design. I loved the challenge of a project, a design, a style. From that day forward I have been designing whatever, whenever I can! Till death to us part if you will. After completing a rigorous curriculum with one of the nation’s top Interior Design programs and gaining my BFA in interior design my experience in the field has allowed me to deliver results. It’s what I know, its what I love!
In addition to my international upbringing, my stepdad's job afforded us the opportunity to travel and see the world. I was lucky to see how many different people live and experience different cultures and I incorporate that in all my designs. I would call myself a people person which reflects in my designs and the need for spaces to not only look beautiful but be functional.
BAYLOR ROOCROFT-DEBRULE - Design Assistant
Baylor has always been into design ever since he was adopted at the age of 4. He, like his mother, understands the importance of a well designed space. When Baylor is not designing he loves to be outdoors on runs, hikes, or camping with his friends. He loves children, chickens, goats, and plenty of snuggles.
